| The hotel restaurant was x bit pricey, and the food wasn't really good. The employees were super nice, especially the bartender. If the food had been good, the stay would've been the "total package". |

staff Very friendly but sometimes a long wait
nice outdoor pool...larger than most hotel pools..
food ok and reasonable price
neighborhood did not have many things within easy walking distance to go to
free internet access was useful
TV reception not great
fitness center down but they had substitute gym nearby that was good |

| So when i checked in i had signed up for a smoking room from the begining when i checked into the hotel, there were no smoking rooms available. So i had to wait for an 1 1/2 hours in the lobby waiting for them to clean the room. After the long wait finally a room was ready but not on the side i wanted. Upon entering the room it was clean but the phone lines were'nt working for me to make a local call. So i call front desk asking them what's going on with the lines they say they will send someone up an check it out. I had ask them if i can move to another room they tell me nothing was available. Well finally the phone lines started working on the day i was leaving. I fell that i should be awarded something back. Weather if its $5 or a meal voucher. Wasn't to pleased on their actions on making the guest happy an their first priority. |

Bar/restaurant was in serious need of sprucing up
