| Old building need to be renovated, carpet in room need to be replaced, sliders' glass are very old dirty showing that they have not been cleaned for a good while, faucets and showers are malfunctioning. Some of TV channels are blocked, no ABC, no CNN. Their rates are lower obviously because of all of the above and aware of them all. This hotel is definitely not to my standard and will not go back... |

| The hotel was old but improvements are ongoing. My room was large, clean and comfortable. I travel so this was a perfect location of this trip of 9 days and 8 nights. I would stay here again. |

| Otima relação custo beneficio para quem não deseja ficar em South Beach ou Miami Downtown. Varíos restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. O hotel esta bem conservado e o quarto muito limpo. Voltaria e recomendo. |

| Próximo de vários centros de compra e muitos restaurantes - fast food. 1/2 suginho nos corredores e elevadores. Quarto, limpo. Equipe da recepção é tão calorosa e atenciosa quanto os franceses. Não conte com eles. Bom estacionamento. Para quem vai sair cedo do hotel e voltar no final da noite cheio de compras, é perfeito. |

| We arrived late but the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is a shuttle to the port but if you do not arrive to this hotel early, there is no chance of getting a later shuttle and we did not want to get to the port before 11 am as the cruise line would not allow us to start boarding before noon. The staff arranged for another shuttle and it cost us $15 ea to take which is more than a taxi but the taxi's are really busy on cruise days. The hotel has done some updating and the rooms were clean and pleasant. This is not a bad hotel to stay at as the pricing is very reasonable and very close to shopping, 1 block away. The staff are great but do not eat at the restaruant in the hotel because the food is almost unedible. |
